  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

4. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will help arrange it.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving the item so we can assist you with a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

7. Final Sale Items

Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
